Youngkin Criticizes House Speaker, While Accusing Paul Pelosi

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin laughed at the brutal assault on Nancy Pelosi’s husband in an interview. early-morning break-in at their California home on Friday.

Pelosi’s San Francisco residence was broken into just before 2:30 AM Friday morning. The House Speaker is being soughtThe assailant attacked Paul Pelosi’s 82-year-old wife with a hammer before she fled. Paul Pelosi was hospitalized for blunt-force trauma to the head and body.

Pelosi was visiting Washington, DC with her protective detailAuthorities stated that they were investigating the incident at the time.

Youngkin, speaking with Yesli Vega, 7th District GOP candidate, said he had “enough” of political opponents like Democratic Rep. Abigail Spanberger. Spanberger currently serves as the 7th District representative in Congress and is President Joe Biden’s.

Youngkin then invoked Nancy Pelosi, noting the break-in that resulted in her husband’s assault. He said that he and his supporters would be removing the House Speaker at polls.

“There is no place for violence, but we’re going to send it,” [Nancy Pelosi]Youngkin stated that he would be returning to California to be with him.” “That’s what it’s going to do.”

Youngkin’s spokeswoman, Sarah Youngkin, stated that “Paul Pelosi’s attack was wrong” and that violence was not appropriate. Youngkin wishes him a speedy recovery and will keep the Pelosi family in prayer.

The suspect was identified by police as 42-year-old David Depape. 

Nancy Pelosi’s office responded to the attack by saying that the Speaker and her family were grateful for the assistance of the medical professionals and first responders.
