We believe that the fact that dogs would do almost anything and everything with us is the main reason why people claim that dogs are a man’s (and woman’s) best friend. They want to be with you, no matter where you might be going. It’s so cute!
@alicianphillips is a TikTok user and wants her dog to join her workouts. This is how I would approach exercising. LOL! She didn’t instruct him or show him the ropes, and she certainly didn’t anticipate him acting in this manner. He is clearly independent in his studies and training. And right now he’s just bragging!

Aww! After seeing his mom do it, he immediately took up the yoga position. Isn’t this the sweetest thing ever? It is clear that he only wanted to be part of the fun. He did his best to copy her movements and did a fantastic job. We also love the head stretch. He was allowing it all to seep into every part of his body.
His mental process may have been somewhat similar to this, we suspect. He initially reflected on what @ariestaurusag said, “Mom you didn’t tell me we were stretching,” but he continued anyhow. The following idea was presumably something along the lines of “Mama does the stretch, I do the stretch,” which is exactly what he did!
