Alla, a 52 year-old Ukrainian woman, said that she was subjected to sexual and physical abuse by Russian troops during their occupation in Izium. She also provided a firsthand account on alleged war crimes.

She told The Post that she thought her son would find me and be able to understand why I died there.
Alla, who asked that the outlet not use her first name, stated that she and her husband were also being held hostage and tortured because they worked for the same gas company as their son, and because their son was a member of Ukraine’s internal security services.
The Post visited the location where Alla claimed she was held, and was able confirm certain aspects of her account. Alla was shown a video on the site by the outlet, which explains what happened.
She shouted, “We’ll beat out the Ukrainian here!”
As she shouted, “Don’t touch me!” Alla stated that the Russian commander asked for oral sex, but Alla was screaming throughout and he “couldn’t get it up.”
The story of her mother follows reports of torture and rape committed by Russian troops who have invaded Ukraine almost since February. As the Ukrainian counteroffensives to Russian aggression have been successful, more evidence has been found of war crimes.
