We learned this Friday: Big TechWorks in secret and aggressively with government agencies in order to subvert the outcome. Twitter, with the assistance of the FBI, committed censorship for one candidate and worked to harm the other during the 2020 election. This is a brazen attack on democracy that you can’t imagine. This is not how the system is supposed to function. It’s actually illegal.
Twitter was the one to do it. Violation of the First Amendmentas well as established campaign finance law. They didn’t declare those contributions to Biden’s campaign. It’s a crime.
Matt Taibbi reported on this and was granted access to the documents by Twitter’s new owner. Elon MuskThis is what we know. It isn’t a conspiracy theory. It’s a fact. However, you would not know what happened if your news came from US legacy media outlets. None of the legacy media outlets in the US have reported on Taibbi’s incredible scoops since then. Instead, he said that the story was completely normal.

These same people spent weeks defending Sam Bankman-Fried as a billionaire con man. As of tonight, they are happy to report that he was still in the Bahamas and unindicted. These same people tell you that the real criminal is the one who exposed illegal censorship during a presidential campaign. It is hard to believe that they are saying this. They are, however. SYMONE SANDERS Elon Musk tweeted the “Twitter Files”, a collection documents detailing how the social media platform allegedly buried a story about Hunter Biden’s son paying money to a Ukrainian energy company. First of all, this whole thing is completely absurd and false.
MATTHEW DOWD: It was incredible to me that so many people, including Fox News and others, took this on without understanding the basic meaning of what had happened. This turned out to have been a good thing.
AL SHARPTON Musk seems to be fixated on a story from two years ago about Hunter Biden’s computer.

Ali Velshi was the most outstanding of them all. “We are in the cable business.” Ali Velshi has never worked in the news industry. The news is covered by people in the news industry. Propagandists distort and censor the news. That’s exactly what you’re seeing there.
Elon Musk, an industrialist billionaire, took over Twitter in October. He immediately fired several of the top executives.

We hide information from you in order to help you vote in a safe and healthy presidential election. It’s safe and healthy to hide facts from yourself. Does anyone actually believe that?
NBC’s plummeting ratings suggest that few people actually believe it. But they are saying it anyway. Here’s Michael Steele, former chairman of the RNC, from MSNBC. He lets you know that revealing the mechanisms of censorship is an attack on freedom of speech.
MICHAEL STELE: The juxtaposition of those statements on the platform with the argument that the man is all for free speech undermines many of the core principles of free speech. It is about freedom of speech, yes. But not at the expense or harm of others. You’re just kind of laughing at the idea of what the platform is supposed to look like when you tell lies and so forth.
So every day that you see Michael Steele use the words juxtaposition is a good one. The real payoff was Michael Steele’s little lecture on constitutional laws, which is the fundamental tenant of free speech. The fundamental tenet of American citizenship is that you are never allowed say anything that others object to. Okay, Michael Steele. Let us know if you have a chance what constitution you’ve been studying. The one we have in the US seems pretty clear.
As an American citizen, you have the right to declare what you believe. Period. This right cannot be violated by the government under any circumstance. Period. That’s the First Amendment. The Twitter Files, which were revealed Friday night, confirms that the First Amendment has been broken more frequently than any other time in our lives. Miranda Devine, of The New York Post, has just reported that the FBI met “weekly” with Twitter executives during the months leading up to the 2020 election. The FBI warned of hacking and leak operations by state agents that could involve Hunter Biden in these meetings. They would likely be out in October.

Oh. It was in a deposition signed by Yoel Roth in 2020, which we know it to be true. It wasn’t Twitter, though. It was also Facebook. It was also Facebook. The FBI held similar meetings with Facebook. Not surprisingly, they censored Hunter Biden’s story as a result. Watch.
JOE ROGAN Twitter was abuzz with attention during the election due to the Hunter Biden laptop story. You guys also censored it?

The response was, “Hello, just to let you know, you should be on high alert.” We thought there was a lot Russian propaganda during the 2016 election. We’re aware that there will be a dump very similar to the one in 2016. Keep your eyes peeled.”
This is an end of the presses story. The FBI is the most powerful and influential domestic law enforcement agency in all of the United States. It cannot become a secret police force. If it does, it is not a country that’s free and it’s no more than Russia under Putin. Or any authoritarian country. If the country’s largest law enforcement agency begins to participate in domestic politics, it is considered an authoritarian state. We know they are and have no idea why. It’s extremely strange.
We know that Yoel Rot, a Twitter executive, attended the meetings with FBI agents. It’s not clear, however, what Yoel Roth was actually doing at Twitter. Yoel Roth was not a technical expert and didn’t know much about hacking or foreign affairs. He also didn’t know any information about Russia.
What do they know? Yoel Roth has a Ph.D. in Grindr research. This gay sex app is from a university called UPenn. It is an Ivy League school that you should be proud of.

This isn’t a joke. Grindr is mentioned more than 800 times during his research. For that, he was awarded a Ph.D. from UPenn. What do you think about that? How did Yoel get into the Twitter role where he had control over what you could and couldn’t say or think? Yoel Roth has one qualification that we know of: he doesn’t believe in free speech. In an interview last week, he made it very clear.

YOEL ROTH Targeting and victimization of trans people on Twitter is very real, extremely serious and life-threatening. We’ve seen that many Twitter accounts, including Libs of Tik Tok notably, have orchestrated campaigns that specifically target a group that is already very vulnerable. Twitter has written policies that prohibit misgendering. Complete stop.
It’s incredible. Jokes are “life-threatening”. It’s life-threatening. It’s life-threatening. They change. You are often caught in the crossfire. You’re also charged with saying things you didn’t know you were not allowed to say.
This is probably the most striking example. Yoel Roth himself once called transgender people “trannies” on Twitter. He called them “trannies.” Whoa. They are at risk of losing their lives. Quote: “It wouldn’t be a trip in New York without at minimum one scary tranny.” That tweet is actually Yoel Roth. He would call the FBI if he wrote it.
Yoel Roth must pretend to be offended now. Why? Because his purported crime, the terror he feels gives him an excuse to censure and punish you for the most powerful people in this world. This is how it works.

People with more power will claim that they are protecting you against those with less power. It’s the same way it always works. Yoel has since deleted his old tranny twitters. Now he is shocked. He was shocked at the Babylon Bee.
Yoel Roth isn’t the only one. Vijaya Gadde served as his boss. Matt Taibbi reports that Gadde was his boss and oversaw the censorship for the New York Post’s reporting about the Hunter Biden laptop. Gadde received a reward from the Biden administration. It’s true.
The Biden administration appointed the person who effectively allowed Joe Biden to get elected President by censoring criticism of his business deals,in which he took money from China. Her reward was an advisory position on CISA. This would be the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Have you ever heard of it before? You’ll be glad you did. It is a division within DHS. It is the federal government’s censorship arm.
How is this possible? That is what our First Amendment prohibits. Why isn’t there a court case against this? It is why people are willing to tolerate it. Its reach is vast, we know. The CISA’s censorship practices are clearly evident in new documents that were revealed during Missouri’s ongoing lawsuit. Effectively, they act as a hotline to allow the government to press Big Tech companies into censoring political opposition.
CISA received a letter from a Washington Secretary of State official on October 29, 2020. It stated, quote: “I wanted two tweets that could contain misinformation about this election.” Misinformation regarding the election. Misinformation is a brand new term. While it’s been around for a while in the intelligence community, it’s not used in everyday conversation.
Misinformation can be true, and that is the difference between lying or misinformation. To be censored, it doesn’t necessarily have to be false. Truth used to be a defense. You can tell the truth if you are telling it. This is no longer the case. You can be censored if you don’t like mis or disinformation.
One of the tweets this Washington State official was offended about was a reference the 2004 Washington State gubernatorial election. This dispute was resolved in court. The court battle was won by the Democrats.
The tweet stated, “Washington State 2004 judges ignored real count and rewarded Democrats.” Another tweet was from the same account and stated, “Ballots are available whenever they want from anyone.” You could either agree or disagree with these tweets. They are true. However, they seem to be opinions. They are political views. You’ll see these tweets all the time on Twitter, because this is a country that is free or was.
It’s shocking to see what happened next and it’s unbelievable that anyone would defend it. Those opinions were shut down by the federal government. CISA quickly flagged the tweets to multiple DHS accounts. These are people who have guns. CISA sent then the report directly via Twitter. CISA wrote, “Please see the report from Washington.” CISA also censored the tweets. Because they were critical of Democrats, a random user on Twitter was shut down by the government. The government.
This is not a close call. This is a violation of Article I of the Bill of Rights. It’s the foundation of our Constitution. This is happening continuously. States reported posts they didn’t like and CISA (an arm of DHS guys with guns), got Twitter to censor them. This was done by Kentucky’s secretary-of-state all the time. These documents prove it. So did Colorado’s. Colorado even reported multiple parody accounts to DHS. Twitter then alerted and all of the accounts were removed.
They were all parodies by the way. It doesn’t really matter if they were not parodies. They were actually jokes. One of them is right now on your screen. The account’s bio says, “Smoke marijuana every day.” The official (unofficial), Twitter account for Colorado.
Twitter, however, took the DHS complaint seriously. They shouldn’t have. The accounts were censored. Twitter wrote, “We will escalate.” The Secretary of State for Arizona staffers, which were ordered by Katie Hobbs (then-secretary of state) at the start of the election cycle 2021, directed CISA censorship.
“I am flagging that Twitter account for you review,” wrote someone in Hobbs’s account to Center for Internet Security. Later, CISA was cc’d in the email. Why? Hobbs’s office says the tweets were meant to “further undermine trust in Arizona’s election institution.” Okay. It’s not permissible to not have faith in elections. Really?

This is the only state in which it took the largest county more than a week longer to count the ballots. The printers were not functional on Election Day even though they had worked the day before. You are expected to have complete confidence. Actually, it’s a commandment to do so. If you don’t believe in yourself, you will be punished. The email concluded with, quote, “Thanks for considering this matter for action.” Twitter quickly removed them. “Thank you. Twitter replied, “We will escalate.”
This is not offensive for the fifth time. This is illegal. This is a crime. It is a serious crime. This is a crime against our democracy. It’s not trespassing at the Capitol, or gazing at Nancy Pelosi’s desk. But it can influence the outcome of elections. It’s unbelievable. It is also extremely common, far more common than anyone thought.
Elon Musk suggested last weekend that Twitter might also interfere in foreign affairs. They do it in this country. They would do it here. Musk suggested that they interfered with the Brazilian election. Musk tweeted “I’m seeing many concerning tweets regarding the Brazilian election.” “If these tweets are correct, it is possible that Twitter personnel gave preference for left-wing candidates.” Okay.
You mean, it is possible? Imagine if that were to happen. Can you imagine people lecturing and subverting democracy in countries around the world, possibly in Brazil, Hungary or El Salvador under any dictatorship they don’t like? They don’t think these regimes pose any threat to the United States. It is because they don’t like the way their jib looks. What we are learning about state interference with democratic elections around the globe has been suspected for a long time. It is now confirmed. Matt Taibbi is just one of many.
