Donald Trump and two of his oldest sons, Donald Trump, lost Wednesday their legal attempt to change judges in the $250 million fraud case against New York Attorney General Letitia Jacobs.
The suit was filed on September 21st and alleges that Trump, his family and the Trump Organization exaggerated Trump’s worth by billions in business filings over ten years. The judge, the state Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron has presided over two decades of heated legal disputes leading up to the lawsuit.
