Top four College Football Playoff players remain the same; Tennessee’s loss shakes rest of field

The College Football PlayoffThe top four remain the same. However, Tennessee lost, which was previously ranked No. The Top 10 was shaken up by the loss of Tennessee, previously ranked No.

Georgia, Ohio State University, Michigan, and TCUAll three kept their spots despite having to be rescued by the other three on Saturday. 

Michigan lost in the final minutes to unranked Illinois. TCU defeated Baylor by two points on a field goal walk-off. Ohio State was only three points ahead of unranked Maryland in the fourth quarter. All four top teams are still 11-0 for the season.

LSU (No. USC (No. 6, 10-1) and USC (No. Consider Ohio StateMichigan and Michigan will face off in Columbus this weekend. Depending on how that game plays, one could sneak into the top 4. 

LSU travels to unranked Texas A&M, while USC hosts No. 15 Notre Dame. LSU and USC moved up one place from last week’s rankings. Clemson (10-1), Alabama (10-2), and Oregon (9-2) round out the seeds seven through nine.
