‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ star Christian Bale says Marvel’s set was ‘monotony’: Can’t ‘differentiate one day from the next’

Bale said it was the first time he did that and added, “I mean, the definition of it is monotony. You’ve got good people. You’ve got other actors who are far more experienced at it than me. Is it possible to tell the difference between one day and another? No. Absolutely not. You have no idea what to do.”

Gorr, who seeks to exact revenge against the gods is undoubtedly a dogmatic antagonist that is difficult to like. Bale was not concerned about this, but it seems that he had difficulty with the process.

He said, “I couldn’t even distinguish one stage from another… They kept saying, “You’re at Stage Three.” It’s more like, “Which one?” It’s the blue one. They’re like, ‘Yeah. But you’re still on Stage Seven. “Which one of these is it?” The blue one. I was like, “Uh, where?”

This is not Bale’s first venture into comic book movies. Bale is most well-known for his portrayal of Batman in Batman the Movie. Dark Knight trilogy.

However, this was not a time to experiment with method acting.

“That would’ve been a pitiful attempt to do that. As I’m trying to get help getting the fangs in and out and explaining I’ve broken a nail, or I’m tripping over the tunic,” Bale added.

Bale recently gave Leonardo DiCaprio credit, saying that his rejection of major roles in his early career was what made him successful.

Bale’s portrayal of the villain was well-received Thor: Love and ThunderEven though it received mixed reactions upon its release, the rest of the movie was a success. Despite mixed reviews, the MCU movie made $760 million worldwide, despite a $250 million budget.
