“Last week we lost a football match, today we won a football match so it is just snapshots. However, the more photos we can take, the better we can make things.

“We have the foundation to create a more unique club. It’s a very unique club in many aspects. I am really enjoying it here.”

Frank also spoke on the camaraderie at Brentford, adding: “I’m definitely a big fan of the team and the players, but also the club.

“Sometimes things just click. Everything. From the relationship between me, the fans, me, the owner (Matthew Benham), myself and board, me, the football director (Phil Giles), and me, the staff. It has a positive vibe. Plus there is a driven mindset to get better every day.”

Although Brentford did not perform at their best, they had just 27 percent of possession. However, Frank’s leadership showed the team spirit and drive that they have fostered.
