Twitter founder Jack Dorsey lives an extraordinary life of luxury, from fighting bot armies to quelling rumors about his beard being sent to Azealia Banks.
Dorsey’s career has been turbulent in Silicon Valley. He cofounded Twitter on March 21, 2006 and was subsequently Two years late, was named the CEO of the company.r, but returned in 2015 having set up his second company, Square — which he rebranded as Block in 2021.
He was the leader of Twitter during the techlash that has gripped social media companies. He testified before Congress several times.
Dorsey also announced, on November 29, 2021 that he had Twitter’s CEO has resigned. He continues to be the Block’s CEO. In April 2022, his title was changed from “CEO” into “Block Head”. After Elon Musk’s bid for Twitter, Dorsey was officially forced to resign from Twitter’s board in May 2022. This decision became final in October 2022.
