The number of times we’ve been instructed as a youngster to stand back from the TV is honestly too many to remember. Our parents used to scold us for being too close to the television, saying that it would cause eye injury. It’s true, but we obviously didn’t grasp it at the time. When you’re too close to a screen, your eyes can surely strain.
The TikTok user @10lb billie is demonstrating to us how our dogs may become engrossed in screens, which is something we never thought we’d need to explain to our pets. The owner’s Jack Russell Terrier evidently loves watching the iPad. She falls headfirst into the screen when she is overwhelmed. It brings back memories of our early days. This dog is really stuck in the screen, and is wondering how these characters got there. We don’t know what it would take to get her out. She is completely immersed in her iPad. LOL! We are defending her and believe she is reading @CinCin’s words. “A lot of thought processing going on. Amazing,” reads the comment.
According to @suelopez1955, another TikTok user, she watches very closely. She’s just trying to make sure she doesn’t miss anything! It is important to tell her that if she reclines she will be able see more. LOL!
