Although there have been some hiccups following the USI 2.0 announcement there are many great options if your preference is for a Chromebook that comes with a stylus. The best Chromebook comes with a stylus, so you don’t have to look for it after the fact. You have everything in the box.
These Chromebooks are the best with stylus
What happens when you combine reliable hardware with great internals and an included stylus. The result is the Acer Chromebook Spin 714The answer is the Spin 714, which was redesigned in 2022 with Intel’s 12th Gen chipsets, and Iris Xe graphic. The HP Chromebook 11It’s a little more than a year old, but it’s still one the most popular. Best ChromebookYou have many options. HP packed a 2K screen into the 11-inch format to give it a premium look. In the box, you’ll find the detachable keyboard with kickstand, a 45W power adapter, and HP’s Wireless Rechargeable USI Pen.
The HP USI pen attaches magnetically on the side of the X2 11. This allows it to be easily accessible and also charges the stylus when not in use. This is the method that Chromebook manufacturers are using more often, and it offers a similar experience as the iPad with its Apple Pencil.

The Chromebook Flip CX5 is a 14-inch LCD display with a traditional 16/9 aspect ratio. It’s capable of reaching 300 nits of brightness. The base configuration has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and the Intel Core i3-1110G4. You can also upgrade to the Core i7-1150G7 for 16GB of RAM or 512GB of storage if your hardware needs are severe.
The Chromebook Flip CX5 has a convertible screen that allows you to flip the screen back to take notes or to prop it up to view a movie. You can also use the Chromebook Flip CX5 as a tablet. Although we would have preferred ASUS to use a 16×10 QHD screen for the Flip CX5, the FHD display and flip CX5 still look great.
ChromeOS has reached a point where ChromeOS can be enjoyed on hardware with a comparable level to some of the most powerful windows laptops. To be honest, every new Chromebook that comes to our desk doesn’t come with stylus support is a bit strange. Even options such as the ASUS Chromebook X9Its non-convertible design allows for the continued use of USI pen pens, if you have one.
