Blue King (or Blue), the Pit Bull was overjoyed to be accepted into a loving family. He cared deeply for them and did everything he could to make their lives happy.
But one day, when they had to relocate to a new home, the family decided to “let him go” without thinking much about it. He was placed in a high-kill shelter while his family moved to another place.

Blue was upset at the shelter but knew that his family would be there for him. But as he grew more accepting of his fate, Blue’s spirits began to fail him. He kept over-thinking as he believed that his family dumped him because he wasn’t a “good boy”. He was soon crying in the kennel, and workers discovered him.

Blue tried to get some cheer by his shelter. They offered him his favorite meal. Blue refused to look at his favorite meal. Blue stopped waving his tail and looked away from the workers when they petted him.
He prayed incessantly for his family’s return. After seeing his desperate circumstances, the shelter shared his story via social media and asked for assistance.

Blue fell for Jennifer McKay. She was willing to adopt him, and she worked hard to help him recover from his abandonment. Blue is currently a happy, confident dog who no longer has to worry about the durability of his new mother’s love! This sweet boy will never again shed a tear. ❤️
