Alex, the stray, was extremely ill and covered in scabs. He spent his entire life at Groendal dump. Because he was afraid of people, many wondered if he would ever be able to change.
Sidewalk Specials intervened and persuaded the boy to accept a second chance at his life.
The dog’s journey to safety began. It would be necessary to treat the dog’s sarcoptic mange, tick bite, eye damage, and anemia. He would soon join a loving family. 🙂
Alex is no longer the same dog he found in the trash. Instead, he now has a little buddy named Bodie and a human friend called Alex! It has been amazing to see his transformation. Check out his brand new life in the video below!
