A stray in De Doorns had been trying to survive on his own for more than a year, and was unable to be rescued. He was becoming weaker and more sicker every day and his fur began to fall off, and his skin became harder and stoneier. He was afraid of everyone, but with the help of a plastic bottle, he’d end up in the hands of Sidewalk Specials!
His life was only now beginning to make sense. Crumb began to wail his tail within minutes, showing that he was aware that they were here for him. They returned to the hospital for further care and examination.
And Crumb’s fosters would meet him right there at the vet. They’d have to return once per week for treatment while continuing to work with him at home, but it was necessary maintenance. They wanted to keep the boy, but his foster mom had no choice but to leave New York.
But that’s where Linda came into the picture! She’d always wanted a dog like him and saw something in Crumb, and she had to have him.
Crumby will have to learn to be a pet alongside the other dog in his house. However, it will all work out in end. He needed cuddles and blankets to feel at home. From life in the garbage to this, you’ll want to see him now. 🙂
