Eddie Munson (Joseph Quinn), one of very few characters on television that have such an immediate and strong impact on viewers their first time they appear, is Eddie Munson. He isn’t one to be heroic so when he discovers the upside-down, and the many monsters that live there like Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower), it’s not a great moment for him. However, he did show his heroism in his performance as “Master of Puppets”, and the subsequent self-sacrifice. Eddie will not be appearing in the fifth or final season, according to the writers. Stranger Things, many viewers are still holding out hope that the head-banging D&D player will somehow make a comeback.
