It’s unique for every subgenre and genre on Netflix. You’ll find this code in the page’s URL when watching via the website — not the mobile or smart TV apps.
Netflix’s code number for “Animation” in this example is 4698. Head to https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/4698You’ll find the most loved and highly recommended animated titles on Netflix.
Use the URL to access genre and subgenre codes https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XXXXReplace the four Xs in the code with the one you’ve found.

Every TV and movie has its own code. These codes can also be used to search for titles similar to the one that you have.
For example, the Netflix code 80057281 for their horror sci-fi series “Stranger Things”, is 80057281. You can visit https://www.netflix.com/browse/similars/80057281You’ll receive every Netflix title that they feel is similar to “Stranger Things.”
