Ron DeSantis has been a target of liberal media darlings

NEWFox News articles can be listened to now!

At least in the media, presidential campaigns never start too early. It’s possible to hear Ron firing the gun and then see Ron shoot it. DeSantis.

Frank Bruni, New York Times opinion editor, wrote a piece in which he described DeSantis as “optical illusion”, a “geyser full of gibberish”. Elon MuskHe seems to be fond of him. Musk is known for his attachment to the shiniest toys. DeSantis, who just won his re-election bid, is a curiously glowing action figure.

Bruni laughed at Musk’s idea of him being “sensible” and “centrist”. He used italics for his question “In what universe?”If he were “centrist”, like a blue-state Governor, conservatives wouldn’t find him appealing. Larry Hogan. However, liberal journalists have attempted to paint every Democrat nominee since Jimmy Carter a “centrist”.

As if this weren’t silly enough, they also try to portray their media outlets and themselves as sensible centrists. Don Lemon thinks CNN is not liberal.

DESANTIS EXPLAINS THE MISCONCEPTIONS OF GOP IN ‘HUGE UNDERPERFORMANCE’ FOR ELECTION

Mark Leibovich, an Atlantic blogger, is another ranting liberal. His idea of ruining DeSantis was to insist that he’s boring at parties and that he’s awkward. He discovered that Republicans were able to provide colorful quotes such as, “My impression is that Trump would gut DeSantis using a dull deer beard.” He concluded that Republicans who want to save Trump’s party from Trump are putting great faith in a blank canvas.

DeSantis somehow is Jeb BushWaiting for the right moment.

Leibovich stated that DeSantis attends press conferences on MSNBC’s Morning Joe — which is never sensiblely centrist — and “loves attacking journalists, especially younger women reporters.”

He appears to be a sexist, which could appeal to Republicans, who are trying to find “the better bully.”

This needs to be rebutted:

No. No.

Sharyn alfonsi from CBS in 2021 was one memorable attacker. She created a hit segment on DeSantis for “60 Minutes.” Alfonsi, now 50, is not likely to want Leibovich treating her like a defenseless princess Peach wearing a pink gown.

POLL: DESANTIS REMAINS GOP’S 2024 TOP PICK OVER TRUMP. MOST DEM VOTERS DON’T THINK BIDEN SHOULD GO AROUND AGAIN

No. 2: Reporters are very sensitive about what it means to be “attacked.”

Alfonsi was one example. DeSantis is browbeating He claimed that he collected $100,000 from Publix shoppers and then connected them up with him as a primary location for COVID vaccinations.

Is it not rude and sexist then to call this “fake narration”? Even Ben Smith, the former New York Times media columnist, said CBS couldn’t prove its case. “Broadcast TV continues to be worse than any other in quickly admitting when it screwed up.”

No. 3. Democrats don’t usually “attack reporters” because reporters often toss softballs. Jeff Zeleny, then-New York Times reporter, asked Barack Obama what “enchanted him” about his presidency.

Leibovich wrote a front-page article about cotton-candy ten years ago. It was headlined “Obama Seizes Chance as an Everyman” (Bruni did NOT ask “in what universe?”

Leibovich stated, “Obama’s team has proven successful in exploiting every gaffe” Mitt Romney made.

In response to one anti-Romney tweet, he tweeted that he had even kissed David Axelrod the Obama strategist. Impressed.”

It’s an important point. Trump diehards This would suggest that DeSantis will face a full-scale national-media assault. This is true for all candidates who lead a Republican primary poll.

Republican presidential candidates should not expect national reporters to be friendly with their campaigns. Republican voters should also not expect that national journalists are interested in anything other than keeping a Democrat in office.
