The Los Angles Rams’ starting left tackle Joe NoteboomCoach Sean McVay announced Monday that the injured Achilles will need to be repaired and that he would be out of action for the rest of the season.
Noteboom had started all six games for Los Angeles this season but was carted off the field during Sunday’s win against the PanthersAfter just nine snaps. Alaric Jackson, second year lineman, won the game at left tackle.
The injury is the latest blow to the Rams’ offensive line. Tremayne Anchrum Jr., Logan Bruss, David EdwardsAnd Coleman SheltonAll are on the injured reserve and center list Brian AllenThe 16-year-old started only one game last season.
