Trump has been proliferating QAnon points on his social media platforms in recent weeks. Saturday night’s show in Youngstown (Ohio) was perhaps Trump’s most open endorsement of the baseless conspiracy theory.

Trump complained about Russia’s invasion Ukraine. “Fake News” and Hunter Biden’s laptop at the Ohio rally played a cinematic soundtrack.

According to Media MattersAccording to the US-based media watchdog, The Soundtrack appears to be a song previously released online with the title “Wwg1wga” — the QAnon slogan.

QAnon members noticed the song choice and considered it a nod to the former president’s movement. Alex Kaplan, a Senior Researcher at Media Matters, stated that QAnon figures claim the song gives them legitimacy. TweetSaturday

Media Matters reported that QAnon supporters celebrated the use at the time of the audio. It is describedAs “THE mother all Q proofs” (and “the biggest nods they’ve ever given to us”)

Experts on conspiracy theory are also describing the unusual finger salute that saw Youngstown rally participants raise their fingers up to the heavens as a possible nod to QAnon.

“Some Twitter users are calling it a QAnon salute. With 1 finger for Where we go 1,’ Trump is singing a pro Q song as he speaks,” said Will Sommer (author of a forthcoming book on QAnon). TweetSaturday

Ben Collins is a senior reporter for NBC News who covers extremism. In a tweetThere is some confusion among Trump forums about why Trump followers raised their hands at the rally, and whether this was a gesture to the QAnon Community.

“Some people think it’s for Where We Go 1 We Go All — the QAnon catchphrase,” he wrote. Others believe it is to represent America First. Whatever it may be, it’s very strange and something I’ve never seen before.”

Recently, per Reporting by APTrump is now openly embracing QAnon, instead of “winking” at it.

He posted a Tuesday image on Truth Social showing him wearing a Q pin to his jacket and an overlay with the words “The Storm Is Coming.” The “storm” is a symbol of a day when Trump’s enemies will be executed via televised mass executions.

Trump deleted and reposted a few pages of his August speech. “Q drop” — a cryptic message said to be posted by the anonymous Q.

According to AP, almost a third of Trump’s Truth Social profiles that he has reposted in the last month are related to QAnon.

Insider reached out to Trump’s post-presidency team for comment, but didn’t receive an immediate response.
