Prince Harry is a “lost soul” who is’very easily influenced and led by those around him’: royal expert

Prince Harry is a well-established author According to Duncan Larcombe, a royal expert, history has shown him as “very much the subordinate” in his relationships.

Larcombe, the author of the 2017 biography “Prince Harry, The Inside Story”, said that he has noticed a pattern over the years in the Duke’s romantic relationships.

“Harry has changed and morphed depending on who he’s been dating,” the royal expert noted.

He stated that the royal was “the boyfriend willing to go along and find all the girlfriend’s friends and just tag along.” 

Larcombe said that Harry’s first love was a perfect example of this tendency Chelsy DavyHe was 36 years old and dated his wife for seven consecutive years, from 2004 through 2011.

Harry met the Zimbabwean student during his gap year in South Africa when he was 19 years old. Harry returned from South Africa with Harry, and they continued to date for the rest of the summer.

Larcombe stated, “Harry made friends with a bunch of her chums. Basically, he transformed into Chelsy’s friends.”

The relationship between the couple was often the focus of tabloid news and media attention. The couple’s camping trips to Africa were a big deal as photographers snapped images of the prince sunbathing and paddling in a kayak while sleeping in a tent.

Larcombe stated that Harry had a girlfriend from Africa and was soon walking around in his bare feet by a campfire, paddling in the outbacks in Africa before he knew it.

Larcombe explained that this tendency was evident in Harry's relationship with his first love Chelsy Davy, 36, whom he dated from 2004 to 2011.

According to the royal expert Harry, 33, repeated the same pattern in their next serious relationship with British actress and model Cressida. Larcombe described Bonas, a “Bohemian Society girl” who took Harry to the Glastonbury Rock Festival.

“With Cressida he was the Bohemian. He went to music festivals in expensive, brand-new clothes.

Larcombe stated, “And… he kinda turned up almost like she’d dressed him. It’s very awkward looking. He looked ridiculous.”

He stated that he had “morphed depending upon who he was with” and that this is a worrying sign.

Larcombe continued to explain how Harry’s flexible nature is again displayed in his marriage with his wife Meghan MarkleHe was 41 years old when he married his wife in 2018. 

Harry and the ex-Suits actress announced their intention to step down as senior officials and move to the U.S. in January 2020, Markle’s homeland.

Larcombe stated, “Now he resides in Hollywood.”

This week, the couple released two photos in which they were seen at a charity event just before the death Queen Elizabeth II.

Some were puzzled by the timing of the release, which came just a day after Prince William, Queen Consort Camilla and King Charles posed for an interview. official royal portrait Buckingham Palace unveiled it. 

Many royal watchers suspected that Harry and Meghan were trying to snub the royal family with their new photo.  

Larcombe stated that “These photos they released this week prove Harry isn’t in charge.”

He said, “Meghan drives their relationship. This isn’t necessarily bad.” It’s modern. Harry, however, has to give up nearly everything he’s ever owned in order to make this possible for Meghan.

Larcombe noted that Harry’s general susceptibility to being influenced by others has often led to negative consequences.

“When he goes out to celebrate Sandhurst’s ending, he is dragged along to a Strip Club, where he is discovered. Then when he goes on to Las Vegas, Harry turns stripper and is also found out.”

“These are all the result of influences, good and bad, because he is very susceptible to being influenced by others and easily led. It’s hard to argue with that. 

Larcombe said, “That would be King Charles’ opinion about his son.”

Larcombe expressed doubts about Harry’s ability to make his own decisions regarding his life. He stated that the signs indicate Markle’s ascendancy. The choices of the prince.

“Maybe Harry is his own man. He now calls the shots. It doesn’t look like it,” he said. “This seems like another example how Harry is trying to change himself into what he believes to be normal, as the person he’s in love with.”

He said, “It’s natural, to Harry, not to have his dad in his life because Meghan does.” Harry is allowed to travel for business, trying to get the next book deal or TV contract. Harry’s living his life as normal because it’s Meghan’s normal.”

“I don’t see any longevity in it.” Larcombe said that “something has to give.”
