The Premier LeagueAs part of the No Room for Racism campaign to combat discrimination, players have been confirmed as taking the knee during matches between October 8-16.
A decision has been made that players will kneel over Boxing Day fixtures. This includes matches on the last weekend of the season as well as those played during the Carabao Cup and FA finals.
Premier League Chief Executive Richard Masters said: “Fighting racism and all forms of discrimination is always a priority for the Premier League and our clubs. We ask everyone to take part in demonstrating that racial prejudice in football and society is unacceptable.
“We support the decision made by players to take the knee at specific moments during the season and we will use these matches to further promote anti-discrimination and educate fans.
