Within half an hour, twelve 911 calls were received by police from Lakeville, Minnesota. They arrived to find that the two dogs responsible for making the calls were their owners away at work. The Dogs must have been having a ‘ruff’ day!

The other end of the line only was barking so police were dispatched. The cops were confused as nobody was at home. Michelle Roberts, Officer Michelle, made contact with the homeowners and they were able to open their door via the garage.

It turned out there was an emergency call button on the phone. The dogs were able access the screen and dial 911.
Officer Roberts joked, “Our suspicion is that the dogs were experiencing a difficult day and sought help through 911.”
