An escaped murderer Out of GeorgiaHe is now back in custody, after troopers discovered him walking along I-75 in Charlotte County in Florida.
Anthony Moret, aged 67, was in prison serving a life sentence for murder. He escaped prison. Florida Highway PatrolTweetedÂ
Troopers spotted Moret at 6 a.m. on Saturday. FOX 13 Tampa reports. Â
A warrants and wants check was run by a trooper who discovered Moret’s active warrant of escaping.Â
Moret was released without incident and taken to The Charlotte County JailYou will be expelled to Georgia.Â

According to WCTV, Moret escaped the Valdosta Transitional Center. According to records from Georgia Department of Corrections, Moret is currently serving his sentence. Murder and armed robberyThe 1970s. He also has two previous escape convictions, one in 1976 and another in 1985.
