A Minnesota womanThe child torture charge was brought against her after she allegedly took her son’s blood, and she treated her children for medical conditions that they do not have.
Jorden Nic Borders, 32, faces three counts of child abuse and stalking. This includes a girl of 8 years and two boys of 9 and 11 years. Fox Minneapolis reported.
Borders was first investigated after doctors began monitoring the boy aged 9. Borders claimed that the hospital was taking too much blood and his hemoglobin levels continued to drop.
Her children, however, claimed that she had taken blood from their brother, put it in a cup, and then flushed it down the toilet. They claimed she would often do this before going to the doctor.

The 9-year-old told investigators that his mother just “kept drawing my blood … and said don’t tell anyone,” and described how it made his body feel “sick-sleepy,” the complaint reads.
Investigators discovered that Borders had self-diagnosed Osteogenesis Imperfecta to her children aged 8 and 11. Also known as brittle bone disease, The children said they were forced to wear casts and neck braces even though they didn’t have injuries.
According to authorities, the 11-year old claimed that his mother had told him to pretend that he had broken bones. She would then put casts on him using materials she stole from doctors. Prosecutors said that the 11-year old was kept in a cast for more than two years.

The 9-year-old boy said that he was never safe.

He claimed that he used to sleep on the floor and was hungry often. He claimed that he tried to sneak food into the room but his father would search.
Borders was being paid money by the state to care for the boy.
