“It’s been a nightmare, my clients are very angry, very upset,” Melea King, the couple’s realtor, told Fox News Digital. “Anxiety has set in where it’s just they are unable to sleep and concern at this point of their own safety. If they want to make a move, they might feel guilty or second-guess themselves. It’s a mess.”
King said the couple is scheduled to be closing on the property this week.

King spoke out about the apparent squatters, saying, “At the moment, I don’t know if they are in the property yet, I hope they kinda had some sort of decency, and went their own way.” “That would be extraordinary.”
Although a Prince George’s County Police officer visited the house on Thursday, the department said that the issue seems more like a “civil matter”.
