Judge Says Elizabeth Holmes Should be Incarcerated in Texas Prison Camp

A district judge recommended that Elizabeth Holmes, Theranos founder and CEO, be sent to federal prison camp. Court filings.

According to a November 21 filing, District Judge Edward Davila recommended that Holmes be assigned to the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas. Federal Prison Camp in Bryan houses female inmates and is considered a minimum-security prison.
