Jennifer Lawrence regrets not listening to Adele when she asked her not to star in ‘Passengers’

Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar winner for Best Actress, revealed recently that Adele, her friend in music and singing, advised her not to appear in the 2016 science fiction movie. Passengers.

Admitting that the film was not well received, Lawrence said, “I was like, ‘Oh no, you guys are here because I’m here, and I’m here because you’re here.” She added, “Wait, who decided that this was a good movie?’”

When asked which movie made her rethink her choices, she said, “‘Passengers,’ I guess.” The Oscars winner went on and added, “Adele told me not to do it!”. The 32-years-old actress continued, “She was like, ‘I feel like space movies are the new vampire movies.’ I should have listened to her.”
