Ivan Toney’s double against Brighton & Hove Albion helped Brentford to a 2-0 victory, with the striker later telling reporters he feels he deserves to be “among the best of the best for England“.

The Brentford striker did not make an appearance for Gareth Southgate’s side but when asked about the experience following Brentford’s win on Friday night, Toney told Sky Sports he “did not feel out of place”.
“You’re playing with the best of the best and, without being big-headed, I didn’t feel out of place,” he said.
