Take on side quests

After chugging through the main story for a few hours, you’ll eventually unlock Side Quests. These are scattered across the map and offer you some impressive rewards — the most compelling of which is Grilla. So if you don’t mind putting your world-saving adventure on hold, helping out your fellow townsfolk is a great way to earn some cash.

Plant seasonal crops

Many crops are in HarvestellaOnly certain seasons can be grown. These crops are rare and valuable because of it. Lumpotato is one example. It can only grow in Winter. Selling these seasonal items is an easy way to pull in some big bucks — but don’t forget to stockpile a few so you can cook beneficial meals for your adventures.

Your farm can be upgraded

Farm upgrades — purchased from the Renovator in Lethe — aren’t cheap. They often cost several thousand Grilla, but it’s in your best interest to pick up some of these farm upgrades as soon as possible. The Kitchen Counter is a great option for new players. This gives you the ability to cook meals with resources you’ve harvested, which can be sold for a significant amount of cash. You can also use meals to get deeper into dungeons and find valuable resources without leaving home.

Also, keep in mind that it’s not always in your best interest to buy seeds. These costly resources can frequently be found in the wild for free — and unless you’re a high-level player, it might be best to hold onto your cash.

Sell your surplus resources

While it can be useful to horde resources for cooking and crafting, don’t feel bad about selling them if you’re looking for fast cash. You can easily top up your bank account by unloading all of your inventory into your Shipping Box. So when you’re out exploring, be sure to harvest resources from every node, treasure chest, and monster you come across.

Follow the main quest

Although this tip might seem tedious, it is a great way of earning Grilla. Many quests can lead you to new jobs, locations, or allies that will help you defeat enemies, loot valuable objects, and many of these quests will also put you in touch with bosses and enemies that offer lucrative rewards.

Fishing for Profits

After unlocking the fishing skill (head to the General Store in Lethe), you’ll have access to an easy, endless stream of Grilla. You will find that some fish are more valuable than others and there are over 50 species to choose from. It can be difficult to decide which fish you want. But if you’re bored of the regular grind, consider picking up a rod and heading to your nearest fishing hole.
