Download apps from the Content Store
The LG Content Store is a great way to get apps for your LG smart TV. Here’s how you can access it and download the apps that you want.
Step 1Make sure that your TV is connected to an internet connection and that you have a functioning remote.
Step 2Use the HomeOnce a menu appears at your bottom screen, press the button on the remote.
Step 3Choose the LG Content Store option. It is usually located on the left side menu.
Step 4You can open the AppsThe option is located at the top right of your screen.
Step 5The available apps will now be displayed and you can choose which one to download. Click on InstallYou can then download the app and it will be ready to go. There are several ways to locate the apps that you want, so continue reading.

Make space to install apps on an LG smart television
You don’t have to worry if your LG smart television doesn’t have enough storage. There are several options. You can delete any existing apps to free up space. You can also use an external storage device. These are the steps involved in each method.
Step 1Use the HomeHold down the button until you see the app listing.
Step 2Scroll down the list until you find the pencil-shaped edit icon. Click it to open the editing menu.
Step 3You can select just the little by using the editing mode XClick the icon to remove an app from your television.
Step 4To store more space, an external memory device can be used if you don’t wish to delete any files. It is very easy. Connect a compatible device to the USB port located at the back your TV.
Note:Some apps that were downloaded from another device and saved to the USB might not work on the LG smart television.
