Take out the eartips that you are using
If you have the Pixel Buds Pro already and wish to change the eartips simply, first take out the current eartips. You can either use your hands or a soft cloth to do this.
Step 1Gently twist the earbud’s body by pinching the tip.
Step 2If it seems stuck, apply a little more force but don’t pull too hard in order to prevent damage and tearing.
Select your replacement eartips

Install the new eartips
Simply remove your old eartips, and you can now plug in your new eartips.
Step 1With your fingers, pinch the new eartip.
Step 2The broader side of your eartip should be towards the earbud. Press it in.
Step 3Gently pull it out to check that it is properly fitted. It shouldn’t come loose. For a more precise fit, you can perform the eartip sealing test again.
If you are still having trouble fitting the new eartip, or removing the old one, try cleaning the earbuds. Make sure there isn’t any sticky wax or dust in the way. No tips will fit perfectly if they are damaged. We recommend buying a replacement tip. You can replace the earbuds with a brand new pair.
