Musk signed The Giving Pledge in 2012 and pledged to give the majority of his wealth throughout his life. Musk, who is already working in improving the world and the future as his day job, has made significant donations to causes he cares for, including a $10 Million gift to Future of Life Institute to regulate artificial Intelligence.
Musk lost $50 Billion in two days, after Tesla shares plummeted by 16%. Tesla’s share prices dropped after a string headlines, including Musk’s tweet in which he asked if he should get rid of 10% of his Tesla stock. Musk is still $82 billion more rich than Bezos.
