Houston woman files suit after her custodian urinated inside her water bottle, giving birth to her STD

A Houston, TexasAfter a custodian at her workplace allegedly urinated in a water bottle, a woman contracted a sexually transmitted infection and filed a civil suit.

Lucio Catarino Diaz (50) was arrested in Houston and charged with aggravated attack with a deadly instrument after he allegedly put his penis in a water bottle during his shift as a doctor.

After smelling an odd odor in her bottle, the woman set up camera and took footage. The woman was represented by the lawsuit, along with three other victims who also came forward.

“Just picked it, removed the cap and proceeded put his penis halfway inside the bottle,” the victim told KHOU11. “Then he tilted that up so his penis was covered by the water.”

A custodian at a Houston medical office was arrested after allegedly giving a co-worker a sexually transmitted disease by urinating in her water bottle.

After she noticed foul odors inside the bottle, and her co-worker offered to make her coffee one morning, Diaz decided to use a camcorder to capture Diaz. Because the water at work was strangely smelling and tasting, the victim asked her co-worker if she could use her cup.

Kim Spurlock, an attorney, filed the lawsuit on Thursday. The suit alleges that the building’s owner, the management company and the janitorial company that employed Diaz failed to properly vet him.

The complaint also claims the building’s management did not address the victim’s concerns in a timely manner after she came forward about Diaz’s conduct.

The lawsuit seeks more than $1,000,000 in damages. 

According to the suit the first victim, who was a water bottle user, contracted herpes, along with one other person. Spurlock stated that she expected both the plaintiffs list and the number if charges against Diaz will grow.

The woman had set up a camera and captured footage of the suspect after noticing an odd smell in her bottle.

After purchasing an August bottle at the office that smelled and tasted strange, the victim began bringing water to work every day. She would take the empty bottle to work the next day if she didn’t finish it during her shift.

After a few days, however, she noticed that the bottle was starting to smell. In September, her coworker made her coffee and then looked inside the bottle to find out why it was yellow.

KHOU11’s victim said that she felt “disgusting”. “I held it up to my nose, and it smelled of urine.

A doctor who treated the victim performed a urinalysis which confirmed that it was urine. The victim shared the story with her coworkers, who all confirmed that they had also experienced something similar.

She immediately You contacted the police and the building’s management company. The complaint claims that the company failed to notify all tenants within six days.

When questioned by police, Diaz said he had admitted to the allegations and that he did it with “malicious intent” as well as “sickness”. Also, he allegedly confessed to similar acts at another job. 

He stated that he cannot recall how many times he had done it and wasn’t aware he had any illnesses. However, he confirmed that he was positive for the same illness as the victim.

Diaz is being held in custody by ICE pending the outcome of his first Hearing in criminal court.
