This puppy was saved by us, and we are grateful. The video was shared by a user in a comment. It appears that the puppy had escaped his home and wandered into the tracks. He was not being dumped. We are grateful to this kindhearted soul for making sure that the puppy would live. These kind people are a testament to the faith we have in humanity!
