Golden Retriever “Doing Tricks” at The Vets Before ChemoShocks Owner

A golden retriever named Arrow’s surprising response to chemotherapy caused the internet to burst out in tears of laughter.

The owner of the dog named Arrow claimed that when he began chemotherapy to treat his disease, he reacted in a way that she didn’t anticipate in a post she published on TikTok earlier in October under the username theanxiousmess_.

Before playing the clip, which was uploaded by his doctors, where he is all smiley and performing his favorite routines, she can be seen feeling depressed in her car, and thinking about how her dog must feel after receiving chemotherapy.

“Thinking my dog is probably unhappy while he’s at the vet getting his chemotherapy,” the caption for the photo reads, followed by “my dog cheerfully performs tricks for the vet techs.”
