A staff member at a Georgia primary schoolAfter leaving a gun in her purse, she was arrested and fired.
Quandra Johnson left her purse in Oconee County Primary school’s staff toilet overnight Wednesday. Another staff member discovered the purse and turned it in to the front desk.
According to Oconee County Sheriff’s Office a gun was discovered in the purse. The weapon was taken out of the school by Oconee County Sheriff’s Office officers.

After leaving her purse with a firearm in the school toilet, a Georgia staff member was fired and arrested.

Johnson was also fired from her position at the school. Johnson was not a teacher at the school.
According to Oconee County Sheriff’s Office a gun was discovered in the purse. Deputies took the weapon from the school grounds and secured it.
