Gayle, the singer of “Abcdefu”, is one the few people without a Taylor Swift concert ticket … who can still get into her show.
“I don’t even have tickets, they’re just letting us on the stage,” she said to Fox News Digital during the American Music Awards.
Swift, 18, is on the road for Swift’s “Eras” tour amid a lot of ticket controversy surrounding Ticketmaster.
Gayle claims she was offered the gig because Swift heard her perform in September.

“Taylor Swift was there … she was getting honored for artist/writer of the decade, as she should,” Gayle told Fox News Digital.
“She saw me playing, and then some crazy stuff happened.”

Tickets went on sale last Wednesday for Swift’s “Eras Tour.” Tickets went on sale last week for Swift’s upcoming “Eras Tour.” Fans were outraged at the lengthy process of purchasing coveted tickets. Millions waited in lines for hours over two days to get their ticket, only to be turned away.
Ticketmaster issued a statementAfter the fact, Taylor wrote, “We want Taylor and all her fans to apologize – especially to those who had a horrible experience trying to buy tickets.”
Gayle acknowledged that she was not privy to the ticketing process.

“I don’t understand the system of any system. However, I can understand why so many people want tickets to the show. She said that she would feel the same way. “To me it’s very understandable why there’s issues, because nothing like this has happened when it comes to shows … I mean millions and millions of people want to see this show.”

Gayle, who credits Swift, Julia Michaels and Aretha Franklin as her greatest music inspirations resonates with Swift fans.
She exclaimed, “It’s a shame that I wouldn’t be able to afford tickets now if I was going to be on the stage.”
