The Vivoactive 4 model won’t feature the AMOLED display.
On either Vivoactive 4, you won’t find the AMOLED display. Instead, the Vivoactive 4 model will feature a transparent, visible-in-the sunlight display. The Venu 2 has a better battery life, although it drains less from the display. The Vivoactive 4 is larger and promises eight days of battery time in smartwatch mode. The 4S, however, offers seven days.
There are many color options available. The 45mm model is available in two colors: a Shadow Gray case with silver bezel, and a black case with slate bezel. Garmin’s core functions are still present, including GPS and heart-rate monitoring, Pulse Ox (body battery), sleep tracking, and onscreen workouts. You get additional features like GarminPay and music storage. This set of features is hard to beat for the price.
Garmin Venu 2 can provide next-level fitness and health monitoring if it is within your budget. This smartwatch has many advantages over its predecessors. Venu 2 is a smartwatch that provides users with deeper, more meaningful insights into their overall wellbeing. The new features will no doubt increase the effort. The new features include a fitness age, sleep score and Health Snapshot. There are also new activity profiles and a longer battery life which allows you to charge less frequently.
Garmin could bring some Venu 2 perks to Vivoactive 4 models. For now, however, the Venu 2 is the better option. It has more health and fitness features and a nicer display. The battery life is also longer.
