Foxconn, iPhone Maker, Just Announced Its Three Latest EVs

  • Foxconn, the iPhone maker, has ambitious plans for 5% of all EVs in the world by 2025. 
  • The Taiwanese tech giant, Taiwanese Tech Day, unveiled its newest 3 EVs at Tuesday’s Tech Day.

Foxconn is known worldwide as the producer of Apple’s iPhone. But the Taiwanese manufacturer is now looking to a new future with electric vehicles. 

The company’s annual Tech Day was held on Tuesday. Executives revealed the plans for the next three vehicles.The first Taiwanese-made electric pickup.

Liu Young Way, chief executive, already stressed how serious the company takes its ambitions during its annual shareholder meeting. According to the report, he stated that he wanted the company’s market share to be 5% within three years. Washington PostA market worth $31 billion

However, The group does not plan to market any vehicles under its brand, contrary to its competitors in the congested market of EVs.Foxconn (also known as Hon Hai Technology Group) plans to design and construct EVs from the ground up for clients. They will then market them under their own brands.
