The disturbance occurred at the Rock ‘n’ Roll McDonald’s, according to the New York Post.
Chicago police responded to a disturbance call on Friday morning. They said Gordon had struck a male security guard aged 29 in the face, and then threw him to his knees as he was being taken from the restaurant.
Gordon also shoved another security guard to ground, and was taken into custody.

Gordon was charged one misdemeanor for battery causing bodily damage and one misdemeanor for battery making physical contacts.

Gordon was taken into custody at LaGuardia Airport in New York on October 10, following a report by an American Airlines employee that she had seen Gordon hit his 10-year old son.
Port Authority Police prevented Gordon from boarding a Chicago-bound plane and arrested him.

Gordon was a member of four teams in the NBA for 11 years.
