An Oregon-based aviation company was paid $615,000 by Florida using state funds to transport migrants aboard a plane from Texas, Texas to Martha’s Vineyard. WTSP reported.
State records Vertol System Company Inc. was paid by Florida less than a week after 50 migrants were flown to Massachusetts.
DeSantis was coordinating the effort with Texas Governor. Greg Abbott and DeSantis were both Republicans who sharply criticised the Biden administration’s immigration policies.
The migrants arrived on Wednesday without warning. Governor Ron DeSantis claimed ownership. This was done to take responsibility for illegal migration at the Southern US Border by Democratic policies Forcing so-called sanctuary towns to accept responsibility.
