Elon Musk’s Photos, Mementos Fetch $165,000 at Auction

  • A collection photos and mementos of Elon Musk’s ex partner sold for $165,000.
  • Jennifer Gwynne and billionaire were together in college between 1994-1995.
  • Gwynne stated to Fox 29 that she was selling the items in order to pay for her stepson’s college education.

Jennifer Gwynne and Musk were together during the University of Pennsylvania’s fall semester 1994-1995. Gwynne revealed that Musk graduated and they split up. Fox 29. “He was not good on the phone. “He was not good long-distance,” she said to the TV station. She described the split as a “mutual”.

Gwynne described Musk (now CEO of Tesla) as passionate about electric vehicles during their relationship. Fox 29 reported that Musk had spoken about the future of electric vehicles even before they were dating.

One of the items that was sold was a 14-karat gold necklaceWith a small green gem emerald which sold for $51,008. A signed birthday card from Musk to Gwynne,He called her “Boo Boo” and she sold it for $16,643. She also sold photos of Musk she took at the time.

Gwynne claimed that she was selling the items in order to pay for her stepson’s college education.

Gwynne’s previous sale was handled by Boston-based RR Auction. Musk graded college assignments back in 1995. The Lots of assignments with two assignmentsIt was more than $7700 in December.

Other well-known celebrities have also been sold by the auction house. Last month, RR Auction sold Apple-1 prototype computer designed by Steve JobsFor more than $677,000. It also sold a box containing Winston Churchill, ex-Prime Minister of Britain, smoking his personal cigarsFor nearly $20,000 in the last month.

Musk has not publicly commented on the auction. However, he did appear to be aware of it as he modified his mind about the matter. Twitter account profile picture to One of the photos was auctioned.
