First, Musk discredits an identical claim published by Business Insider. It specifically stated that “Sam Bankman Fried” reportedly holds a $100 Million stake in Elon Musk’s Twitter.

Musk responded: “[Business Insider]It is not a publication.”

Musk later discredited a Semafor Report alleging Bankman-Fried owned a large chunk of a debt-laden, now privately-held Twitter. According to the report, a “FTX balance sheet” was prepared following the takeover’s closing on Oct. 28th and distributed to investors earlier in this month.
