Meet Colzouti. He is a TikTok user. Every day, his happy parents are made smile by their fluffy dog. However, Sora’s generous attitude and caring heart are not just meant for him.
Bruno, a homeless man met Sora while Sora was walking in the vicinity of their Paris home. Colzouti’s heart was altered by that fortuitous encounter, which ultimately affected Bruno’s situation.
“Sora stopped short in front of a young man sitting in front of his tent,” Colzouti wrote. “Their eyes meet and Sora leaps forward to go see him. Reflexively and stuffed with preconceived notions, I immediately stopped Sora. I acknowledge. [the man]He decided to go, but Sora resists. He looks at Bruno. I call him again, but he doesn’t respond. I decided to attach his leash and nudge him away, and that’s when Sora looks at me with eyes only a dog can give. Bruno gave a big smile.”
This was only the beginning.

Colzouti was touched by the kindness of his dog towards the man in need. It helped him to build an empathy bridge in his own heart.
In Colzouti’s words, “At that moment, I realized two things: That my dog and a stranger had everything to teach me about loving your neighbor. And that I will do what it takes to thank this stranger who taught me this valuable lesson.”
These daily meetings became a routine.

Colzouti provided food and clothing to him, along with daily doses of Sora affection and support in his recovery.
Their efforts paid off.

Bruno’s life was made easier after videos were uploaded to YouTube.
Colzouti said, “Bruno changed his life. He lives off the streets. This story has greatly helped him get off the streets.”
It all started with Sora’s generous heart.
Colzouti, Sora, and Bruno no longer see each other when they go on daily walks. However, they keep in touch. They have playdates once per week.
Love for a dog can make a difference in people’s lives. It was at that moment.
“Their connection is touching, moving, and very sincere,” Colzouti said. “Sora has mad love for human beings. And he shows it as soon as we give him the opportunity.”
