Darius Slay, Eagles torture Vikings offense in blowout win

The Philadelphia EaglesOn Monday night, Kirk Cousins, quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings, was being tortured by his team. The Minnesota Vikings won the game 24-7.

Darius Slay was instrumental in keeping the Cousins to-Justin JeffersonConnection at bay. Two interceptions by Cousins were his brilliant feat. Avonte Maddox also had one. Cousins was also fired twice, and fumbled once. However, he was able recover the money.

Slay had five passes defended and two tackles. Maddox had eight tackles and one pass defense. T.J. Edwards was the leader of the team with 10 tackles. Fletcher Cox, Josh Sweat and Josh Sweat had sacks.

Jalen HUTTS gave Philadelphia an incredible boost in offense. He scored all three touchdowns in the first half of the game against the Vikings.

He scored two touchdowns, one on the ground, and one in the air. He was 26-of 31 passing with 333 yards passing and the score. He also made an interception. Hurts also ran 57 yards.

Hurts’ lone touchdown pass went to Quez Watkins, who finished with two catches for 69 yards. Dallas Goedert was the team’s leader with five catches of 82 yards. Devonta Smith caught seven passes for 70 yards.

Cousins and Vikings could not get much going.

Cousins was 27-of48 with 221 passing yardage and a touchdown to Irv Smith Jr. He was also the leader in rushing yards, with 20.

Jefferson had only six catches of 48 yards after his incredible Week 1 game. He was also targeted 12 times.

The Eagles have a 2-0 record in the 2022 regular-season. NFC East rival New York Giants is also 2-0 to open the season, and both teams are at top of their division.

After a win over the Green Bay Packers last weekend, the Vikings are now 1-1. Next week, the team will be welcoming the Detroit Lions into their building.
