Archaeologists found a tunnel under the temple of Taposiris Magna, an Egyptian ruins city, that experts refer to as a geometric miracle.
Kathleen Martinez of University of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and her colleagues found the temple 13m (43ft) below ground during ongoing excavations. The tunnel was 2 meters tall and had been cut through 1,305 m (4,281 feet), of sandstone.

Martinez has been searching for the lost tomb of Cleopatra VI in Taposiris Magna ever since 2004. He believes the tunnel may be a promising clue. The tunnel was previously found to be a clue to Cleopatra VII, the famous queen.
