Sources say Williams will return to the team in the second-half of the season, but they will wait until Williams is fully recovered and then bring him along when that happens.
Williams’ latest update comes almost one month after Boston declared that he had undergone successful surgery. arthroscopic knee surgery and would miss 8 to 12 weeks. The Athletic reported that the 25-year old was feeling discomfort in his knees as he increased activity in preparation for training camp. The Athletic advised him to undergo a clean-up procedure.
