California mother furious after suspect walks away: “She punched my one year-old daughter in her face.”

“She stood up behind me, and I pleaded with her. I asked her to at most let me put my child to sleep. You can see that she didn’t care about anything and began throwing punches.

Guevara said that her main focus was on her child and not the attacker during the attack.

“My thought was to protect her. She went on going. My daughter got punched in the ear and I heard her high-pitched scream. That sound will always be with me.

Guevara stated, “She punched me in the face,” Guevara stated. “My one-year-old daughter.”

Guevara knew Guevara and called her “psychotic” and claimed she had previously fought two pregnant women.

Guevara explains that the incident took place six months ago. The suspect was charged with misdemeanor child abuse.

Guevara wept when she learned the shocking news. Case was dismissed. 

“Despite me repeatedly pleading with him (the judge), he ended up saying that there aren’t enough courts in Riverside County. We’re dismissing your case. I was shocked when I heard the dismissal. She said that she couldn’t stop crying to Todd Piro.

Guevara stated that she is concerned about the release the suspect, particularly since she knows the location of her child. 

“My blood boils. It boils to the core knowing she got away, and bragging about it.
