Ahead of his military enlistment, BTS’ eldest member has revealed his upcoming solo project, and it’s truly an adventure!

Soon Jin will be leaving the military.
The concept for his much-anticipated solo album has been revealed by the 29-year old artist.
On October 18, 2022, the South Korean boy band, BTS’ management company, BIGHIT MUSIC announced that Jin’s first solo single The AstronautOn October 28, it will be available.
BIGHIT MUSIC posted a trailer for their logo on Twitter. The video featured a small astronaut floating above the earth from a space station.

This two-minute video shows an astronaut passing through meteor showers, moons and asteroids before reaching a purple-colored light source.
After releasing the logo trailer, the company also laid out the entire schedule of Jin’s upcoming solo single.

According to the schedule, the first poster The AstronautThe release will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2022 (Korea Standard Time). Three different concept photos will then be released on October 24, 25 and 26.
The official music video teaser to The AstronautThe single will be released October 27, 2022. Jin aka Kim Seok Jin will release the solo single with the accompanying music video October 28, 2022.
BIGHIT MUSIC will also release the lyrics video on October 31, 2022.
Since the announcement, Jin has been trending on Twitter and BTS ARMY and fans can’t stop but share their excitement towards his new project.
