The septet members Jin aka Kim Seok Jin, Jimin aka Park Jimin, RM aka Kim Namjoon, J–hope aka Jung Ho–seok, V aka Kim Taehyung and Jungkook aka Jeon Jung–kook made the announcement at their anniversary dinner that they would be taking a break to release group projects.
The members have been working together to release Chapter 2 tracks and collaborate with other artists.
